“In 1988, a committee was formed within the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards to standardize the pan. This committee consists of tuners, arrangers, representatives of Van Leer (large barrel company), Lincoln Enterprises (pan manufacturer in Port of Spain), Pan Trinbago (pan umbrella organization) and other organizations.”
