“At the HangOutUK gathering, Kyle Cox’ (Pantheon Steel) retuning of customer Halos is frustrated by the inadequacy of his supposedly top-notch strobe tuner app. He is rescued by Matthieu Mark (Shellopan) who has brought his mechanical strobe tuner along from France. When Lino Schraudolph unwisely remarks that writing a decent strobe tuner in software shouldn’t be rocket science, he is challenged to do so – the idea for linotune is born.”
